The Cyberabad Particular Operations Crew (Medchal) seized two kilograms of marijuana from two individuals at Bachupally on Tuesday evening. They had been smuggling it into Hyderabad by travelling in a personal bus from Andhra Pradesh.
The SOT officers nabbed 37-year-old M. Srinivasulu, together with 28-year-old M. Appan Kumar, the cleaner of the non-public bus. “They bought the contraband from a provider in Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh and had been bringing it to Hyderabad to promote it at greater charges.
