India Girls’s five-match T20I tour of Bangladesh to start on April 28

India Girls’s five-match T20I tour of Bangladesh will begin on April 28, together with three day-night matches.

Sylhet will host all 5 matches. The three day-night video games will probably be performed in the primary stadium, and the 2 day video games will probably be held on the outer venue. The day-night video games will begin at 6.30pm native time and day video games at 2pm.

India will see this collection as a preparation for the 2024 T20 World Cup, which will even be performed in Bangladesh, in September-October.

That is India’s third white-ball tour of Bangladesh, and second in two years. In 2023, they’d performed three T20Is and as many ODIs. They received the T20I collection 2-1, whereas the ODI collection was tied 1-1.

That tour had ended on a bitter word with India captain Harmanpreet Kaur criticising the umpires after the third ODI, which was tied. After being given out caught behind, Harmanpreet had smashed the stumps along with her bat, and referred to as the umpiring “pathetic” on the post-match presentation.

“The subsequent time every time we’re coming to Bangladesh, we’ll have to verify we’ve to take care of this type of umpiring and accordingly, we’ll have to organize ourselves,” she had mentioned. For her outburst, she was banned for 2 matches by the ICC.

The Indian group will arrive in Bangladesh on April 23.
