PM Modi did outstanding work by performing ‘Pran Pratishtha’ on the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Amit Shah stated.

Ahmedabad:

Union Dwelling Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday stated the consecration ceremony on the newly-built Ram temple in Ayodhya “stitched a deep wound” inflicted in the course of the period of Mughal ruler Babur practically 500 years in the past.

He was talking on the ‘Punah Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony on the newly-renovated Ramji temple in Ranip space.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi did outstanding work by performing ‘Pran Pratishtha’ on the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Devotees of Lord Ram the world over have been ready for this second for the final 500 years. They’ve been asking when Lord Ram can be shifted to a grand temple from that tent. This occasion has now stitched that deep wound which we bought in our coronary heart throughout Babur’s period,” stated Mr Shah in his speech.

Earlier governments previous to 2014 had been afraid of respecting the nation’s tradition, faith and languages, he claimed.

“Aurangzeb destroyed the Kashi Vishwanath temple. In spite of everything these years, it was Modi who rebuilt it and constructed a hall there. Babur destroyed the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Now, a Ram temple has been constructed there and PM Modi carried out Pran Pratishtha amid chants of Jay Shree Ram,” stated the Dwelling Minister.
