On January 18, Narendra Singh, AICTE’s Deputy Director of Public Grievance Redressal Cell, in a letter to the school’s Director identified that “withholding/retaining unique instructional qualification certificates of college/non-teaching workers members just isn’t permissible and such unlawful and unethical restrictive practices are clear violation of AICTE norms.” 

“With out my certificates I can’t apply for a job wherever. I hope I’ll get them again quickly,” Mr. Ramkumar stated.  

Faculty’s response

Faculty principal M. Vijayakumar stated that he was not conscious of the main points of certificates Mr. Ramkumar had submitted to the establishment. “He has not given a correct resignation letter. He was utilizing the school’s CUG cellphone and has joined one other school and not using a correct relieving order,” the principal stated and claimed that Mr. Ramkumar had not returned cash which he had borrowed from the school.
